These are NOT genuine, might as well get the cheaper ones

I looked at all the T series replacement options and the reviews before deciding to pay a little extra and get these since they claim to be genuine and have good reviews. The cheaper ones had bad reviews saying they were not Hoover brand. Well, these came today and they are not either. What I got has no writing on it and looks like the HEPA filter in the second pic, not the one on the primary pic which is genuine. Might was well save your money and buy the knock offs to begin with.

Whenever I purchase a replacement part I always look for original factory products. After reading multiple reviews and product descriptions I decided to purchase the item from this seller for two reasons. First, the picture shown is a Hoover HEPA filter exactly like the one I was replacing. Secondly, in the product description it states this is a genuine Hoover product.
The HEPA filter I received is definitely not a Hoover product. The front has no imprint like the original product. Also, when I installed the product it did not "click" into place like the Hoover filter. It was loose fitting and easily slipped out of place. As for the washable filter, I am not sure if it is an original product or not. I compared it to my original filter and it looked the same. When installing it fit snugly in place. (I did not turn on the vacuum but fit seemed good.)

I am very unhappy with this seller for the misrepresentation of his product!

This item was shipped very quickly and for a realistic price. After replacing filters I was still having problems with filter clogging after 1 use. Finally talked with someone at Hoover and was told I needed a "Hoover Seal for Dirt Chamber". The seal comes out easily when emptying the dirt cup and I did not even know I lost it during the removal process..
