It's cheap and it works fine so far. Puts out a fairly concentrated and strong breeze. Not the quietest fan in the world. For the price I'm happy with it.

I purchased this fan to sit atop my desk at work. In a shared working environment, not everyone wants the A/C on, so I bought this fan to keep the air moving. With multiple computers running, overhead lights, and my coworker's mini-heater blowing along, it can get hot and still -- and it isn't even summer yet -- but this fan is serving its purpose very well.

There is an on/off switch on the back, and the cord is plenty long enough for desktop use. The one speed it possesses is sufficient, and moves a wide degree of air without blowing around the papers on my desk. The one I received is a lovely shade of blue.

Great purchase! I highly recommend it.

I hate giving low stars to a product, but this fan died within a month of delivery. Maybe I just got a lemon, but I only used it at a desktop when at the computer. It did give a good little breeze when it was working. It's so cute, I really wanted it to work, but its just a paperweight now.
