Do not try to loosen or tighten the tub nut without this tool! This is a must-have item for working on your washer. The tool itself is not much to look at, but it is indestructable. This was a very good purchase.

I bought this tool in preparation for replacing the tub seal on my 10-year-old GE washer. Removing the tub nut proved to be quite difficult. I used my torch and lots of Liquid Wrench, and it still took about a half hour of beating on this tool with a sledge to break the nut loose.
The wrench held up well through its abuse session. It would have helped if the arms were a little longer. The fit to the nut was a little sloppy but not a problem. Several reviewers complained about the two-piece design, but I had no problem keeping them together.
Next time I'll borrow an impact wrench.

This tool works great, be sure to check the video's to see if you actually have to remove this nut in order to get to the replace your washer clutch.
