This thing is fast! And the design with the flip lid is rather clever. I like how you pick the pot up to pour and it is not connected to the cord. A very well thought out design.

This little kettle is ideal for traveling-it makes my hotel stays sooooo much better because I can quickly boil tea and enjoy with out heading to the lobby or nearby Starbucks.

It's cute and too expensive. I wanted a small hotpot for travel. Mine did have the plastic smell at first- I boiled up 10 pots before using for drinking, now the smell is mostly gone. I wish they made the stainless steel ones like I used to use in college- a long time ago. Those could be used for soups and noodles too. But from what I've found that's available now that's small, portable and fast, this is the best.
