Perfect size for just one person. Works very well, just as good as the larger ones. Would recommend this product.

I like to slow cook meats, BBQ etc. This is perfect. It is compact, the quality is good and it cooks well. One of the best features is that I can make small quantities of things so I don't end up freezing a bunch of stuff I never get to.

I use this to precook beans over nite or to make Miso soup. It works fine for either. I set it on low and let it cook (beans only) for 12 hours or more.
I then transfer the beans to a larger crockpot and finish cooking up my bean soup with other ingredients because I make a large pot of it.
The size is perfect for small batches of easy to make soup like miso soup which I only need small amounts.
The crockpot also has a glass lid and not a plastic one that will break later.
